Александровские Казармы (1838 г.) выделяются среди классической архитектуры времён Российской империи за счёт своего нарочито-восточного стиля, которым их наделили в честь победы над турками (1806-1812 гг.). Построены для солдат, что должны были защищать новые границы, в т.ч. от чумы и развития контрабанды. Казармы использовались и в советское время. К сожалению, последние 30 лет они медленно превращаются в руины.
